Steve is the WHY and the cheerleading half of the partnership. Forty years of operating, a PhD in counseling psychology, and 25 years in pastoral ministry before becoming a full-time operator. He sets the strategic direction, takes the customer calls that need an owner on the line, and carries the public-facing role. He spent 40 years being the hero in his own business. The work he teaches is the work he had to do to stop.

Melissa is the HOW. She built the rails. Eighteen years at Omnicell, McKesson, and Aesynt building cross-functional alignment programs, a $1.5B customer-revenue track record, and an account-management toolkit that became a 2017 Gartner white paper. She took the big-corporate playbook and applied it at family-business scale, keeping the books current and standing up the dashboards for sales, marketing, service, and finance.
